Veritas should be comfortable to use for everyone. These options are in Settings > Accessibility.
Reading
- Typefaces chosen for easier reading: OpenDyslexic, Lexend and Atkinson Hyperlegible
- Text size, weight, letter spacing and line spacing
Colour overlay
A tinted overlay across the app, with adjustable strength, which some people with visual stress find helps.
Read aloud
Hear any topic or case read aloud, with adjustable speed.
Line focus
Dims the screen around the lines you are reading, to help you keep your place.
Dictation
Speak instead of typing, using your phone's own speech recognition.
Focus timer
A study timer that splits work into focused sessions with breaks.
Themes
Light, dark and high-contrast themes. The app is labelled for screen readers (VoiceOver on iPhone, TalkBack on Android).
